Tim O’Neal

I’m Tim, a carpenter and builder with more than 30 years of hands‑on experience in home construction, remodeling, and custom outdoor structures. I’ve spent my career combining structural know‑how with an eye for finish work — from full kitchen and bathroom remodels to precise trim, flooring, and drywall — always focused on producing results that are both solid and beautiful.

I specialize in outdoor work as well: hundreds of decks (including stairs, landings and railings), high‑quality fencing, and more than 100 shelter‑type structures such as horse barns, garden sheds and coops. I’m experienced with pole barns, timber framing and log homes, and I regularly install metal roofing, siding and wainscoting to extend the life and functionality of buildings in tough environments.

I also design and build cross‑country obstacles, judges’ booths, spectator seating and other facilities for equestrian venues — a role that calls for creative problem solving, safe design, and close attention to site flow and durability.

My approach is practical and thoughtful. I enjoy conceiving solutions that respect environmental and site constraints, reusing and repurposing materials whenever it makes sense, and planning builds so foundations and finishes complement one another.

I live with my wife along with our two dogs and two horses in New Harmony, Utah, and am willing to travel for the right project.
