This 1973 Home in Central California was in need of a major upgrade. Good bones and a fabulous layout made for a fun and creative project. Almost every room was rehabilitated with a major focus on the kitchen. Completed in only 4 months, the home sold for 30% more, with only a 10% investment. Tim’s wife, Aubryn, lead the design effort, working closely with Tim to ensure the design choices and upgrades were in budget and compatible with the deadline.
